
Weight Challenge is for those with short-term weight loss goals of up to 50 lbs (3 ½ stone). The programme offers generous rewards, but it’s also challenging: you must reach your goal weight in order to earn any reward. Simply weigh in at the beginning and end of your plan.
Here’s how it works:
- Decide how much weight you want to lose and receive your personal incentive plan. You pay one up-front fee to join.
- Measure your official starting weight at your doctor’s surgery.
- Start losing weight through healthy eating and exercise – you’ll receive our popular free weight loss guide in your Welcome Pack.
- At the end of your plan, weigh in and receive your reward in cash or vouchers for fantastic holidays for shopping if you are at goal weight.
