About Pounds for Pounds

Pounds for Pounds is a completely new way to help people meet their weight loss goals. The concept is simple: you make a plan with us to lose weight and get paid as you do it. Half of your potential reward is made up of your target monthly earnings which you earn for every pound you lose or keep off from your beginning weight, up to a safe maximum. The other 50% of the incentive is in the form of a bonus which you earn if you are at your goal weight at the end of your plan.
Why it works
We believe that people lose more weight for longer when they have a series of achievable targets; financial incentives for reaching them; and the accountability of regular weigh-ins. Pounds for Pounds is structured to be challenging, yet never discouraging. The big bonus provides the greatest incentive, while the pay-per-pound element rewards you for staying in the programme, even if you have a bad patch or can’t make the final goal weight. As long as you keep weighing in, you will be rewarded every month for all the weight you have lost from your beginning weight. And you won’t be tempted to drop out because, to get your accumulated earnings, you have to complete your plan.
